 Process of Submission
All submissions will be subject to a review process, and will be published in the symposium proceedings. For more information, and to upload submissions, see the website: http://vasiremi-univ-lr.fr/symposium. Authors are invited to submit abstracts; preferably in .doc or .pdf. Abstracts are also required for poster presentations. All authors are kindly required to indicate the thematic session to check their presentation oral or poster contributes. This information must be provided during the upload procedure (abstract submission).

Important remark :
After the submission of your abstract by email, we strongly recommend to register you at the same time on the web site (site CNRS, payment  of the registration fee) and to reserve a hotel in La Rochelle (see hotel accommodation informations).
Process of Selection
Session conveners supported by the scientific organizing committee will evaluate abstracts based on scientific quality and relevance. Conveners will notify authors of the acceptance of their submission and whether the presentation will be preferred in oral or poster format.
Instructions for Presenters
Regular oral presentations will be allocated a 15 minutes time slot giving room for 1-2 questions subsequent to the presentations. Session conveners are requested to allocate adequate time for scientific discussion during the session.
Keynote speakers are expected to introduce the session thematically and to set the stage. Their time slot will be 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Poster presentations will be arranged following the scheme of thematic sessions. The organisers intend to display them throughout the whole conference. Please note:
The abstract length should not exceed 300 words, typeset in a 12-point font, but must include names, address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mails of all authors. One of the authors must be designated as the contact person. Please note that posters MUST be in portrait format with a maximum width of 90 cm in order to fit the conference facilities poster presentation boards.
